In the darkest days The presence of great love Cradles and comes again. Comes as the simplicity of beauty found in each shifting of light and color, The illumination of mystery - Moment by moment, Breath by breath, Life by life. May each moment of your life be illuminated with embodied mystery. From 4-5:30pm we will lay out the breath, sound, and movements to explore. From 5:30-8:30pm we will be in silence taking time to explore the sequence layed out at our own pace, flavor and curiosities. From 8:30-9pm we will break silence for a collective check in. *In person ncludes tea and light snacks 6 in person seats available
