Please join Nancy for an afternoon of creating space and intention. Covers devotion to practice including structural elements and sequencing to creativity and spontaneity, as well as tips for practicing safely on your own. Workshop will include a sample practice class to take some of the guesswork out. Handouts will be provided.

The dances of universal peace are a compendium of simple, meditative, joyous circle dances. They use sacred phrases, chants, music and movements from many of the world's wisdom traditions. ZUMBA is a cardio and total body toning class that uses high energy caribbean rhythms and latin dance steps to get you moving. This workshop format will break down the steps and give a more detailed overview of the ZUMBA coreography. A fun filled, body informative afternoon! All are welcome

Dive into the waters of continuum movement. Learn life saving, life giving skills to enliven the fluid system, our primary healer. We will explore possibilities in soundplay, self-regulating movement sequencing, tracking sensation and silence. All are welcome, no prior continuum experience needed.

A beautiful way to end the year! Last year Soma Center raised almost $1000 and donated it to a battered women's shelter...Please join us for our 10th end of year practice. Our time together will include yoga, movement, breathwork and meditation. You can still donate even if you cannot attend the practice time!
