200 Hour Soma Yoga Teacher Training

Soma Yoga teacher training is a unique learning  environment integrating lecture, practice, demonstration, and home study with mentor support. It is an opportunity to dive deeply into the practice, study and teaching of Soma Yoga. This basic level certification provides each student with an extraordinary self–growth experience, as well as all the skills needed to teach a Soma Yoga class. This training program is one of the first teacher training programs offered  in the NJ area. A comprehensive program  for yoga students who wish to start or refine a teaching career with the freedom in form principles of Soma Yoga techniques, or simply to deepen their personal practice. Students applying for teacher training are required to have at least 1 year regular yoga practice, 3-6 months study with Soma teachers unless trainer accepts another training.

 Applications for 2008-9 training  are due no later than 11/15/08

Tuition

The program cost is $2,600 if paid in full by 11/15/08

After 11/15 and all financial planning the cost  is  $2,900

The program cost includes :

¨11 on site training session intensives

¨8 assisting and observing class sessions

¨Soma Yoga training manual

¨20 soma yoga classes and experiential buddy study groups

*Tuition does not include book fees.
