The prenatal year is one of the most important times in a woman’s life. It is so important to take care of ones self during this time. It has been proven that regular yoga practice during pregnancy can help a woman feel her best! The mother-to-be who is physically fit and mentally centered is more likely to have an easier labor and delivery as well as postpartum recovery! Prenatal Yoga is the best program to stay healthy and fit during the many changes the body goes through during pregnancy. As a prenatal program progresses it prepares a woman for the labor and delivery experience not only physically, but mentally as well. Calming, restful exercises are learned as well as Yoga exhale pushing technique to mirror the contraction of the uterus.

A prenatal yoga class will include:
