Testimonials

Bobbie, the CD is exquisite. I wish I had some "constructive" criticism for you, but truly, I find it so well done. I was pleased at how 'unusual' the Gayatri is, meaning vocals, spoken word and piano. Just lovely. The other 4 tracks are gems. The pace really allows for the s- l- o -w down and sensing.

Perhaps most of all I am thrilled at the concept of "Embodied" Meditation. This is so subtle and easy to pass by...but the concept of embodying our meditations is so powerful and transformative...not only for us personally, but for our roles as part of this beautiful blue planet. Thank You!

I just want to tell you how wonderful your CD is and how much it's helping with my anxiety. It's really having a transformative effect on me. I wake up and go straight to my mat! I've been so consumed by my artwork the past few years and lost connection to yoga. Now I'm remembering how much yoga and meditation ENHANCES my art. My favorite meditation is third track, "Womb of the Breath" because I really like the ocean waves. "Soothe and Balance" is also a great idea to have a specific meditation for PMS and menopause. The first one is good for settling thought and quieting the mind. And the tracks with John's music are such a nice complement to the mediations. I also like that they are split into short, separate sections. It's nice to choose the one that fits your mood at any given time.
